Welcome to Elevate, a support group for people affected by chronic illnesses ME/CFS, post-viral conditions including PVFS and long COVID. We also support those with fibromyalgia, lupus, EDS and hyper-mobility spectrum disorder. We encourage people to keep an eye out for other local/regional/and national support groups, services and networks.

We aim to elevate quality of life, support and awareness as a volunteer-led group based in mid-Norfolk. With a focus on befriending, networking and reducing isolation, Elevate works alongside statutory services and other groups.
