Welcome to Elevate, a support group for people affected by chronic illnesses ME/CFS, post-viral conditions including PVFS and Long Covid. We also support those with fbromyalgia, lupus, EDS and hyper-mobility spectrum disorder where better local/regional support cannot be accessed.

We aim to elevate quality of life, support and awareness as a volunteer-led group based in mid-Norfolk. With a focus on befriending, networking and reducing isolation, Elevate works alongside statutory services and other groups.

Our Facebook group has over 160 members and some find it good place to make friends, ask tips, share tips and organise informal events.
