Welcome to Elevate, a support group for people affected by chronic illnesses ME, CFS and post-viral conditions including PVFS and Long Covid.
If you are not on Facebook you can contact us here and also sign up to our e-mailing list.
We aim to elevate quality of life, support and awareness as a volunteer-led group based in Dereham, Norfolk. With a focus on befriending, networking and reducing isolation, Elevate works alongside statutory services and other groups.

Our Facebook group has over 200 members and some find it a good place to make new friends, ask questions and share tips.

Our Facebook group has over 160 members and some find it good place to make friends, ask tips, share tips and organise informal events.

A long-established and well organised support group covering the whole of Norfolk. Holds meetings during the week in Norwich.
