Treatments, Support Groups etc available within Norfolk and Dereham.
People with ME and CFS will sometimes develop secondary mental health problems which need to be addressed as these can have a knock-on affect on physical health.
We always recommend consulting a GP about long-term or severe depression.
Some people find anti-depressants will help but they should be taken with caution as people with ME and CFS can be more sensitive to the the side effects.
