A support group meeting in Watton for people with ME/CFS, long Covid and other post-viral conditions. It also supports people with fibromyalgia, lupus, EDS/HSD if alternative local support is not available. Carers and family members welcome. Refreshments available. Free attendance and no membership obligations. At the moment these will be an informal time of making friends/sharing tips/asking advice with occasional creative activities. This will take place in the centre next to the Methodist church, which has a car park and good accessibility. 57 High St, Watton, Thetford IP25 6AB.  There are also meetings in Dereham and Wellspring Family Centre https://www.elevatedereham.co.uk/activities/dates/
