Some of Elevate's events will take place indoors at WFC in Dereham, and others at Watton Methodist Centre 57 High St, Watton, Thetford IP25 6AB. Occasionally at other venues or on outings. Click to see our event dates below.
Zoom chats
Started during the Covid-19 pandemic, Zoom chats have become a regular extra event which also make the group more inclusive of people who are house-bound. Individuals can optionally turn off their video so that they only can be heard.

Support and socialising in an informal environment for people with ME, CFS, long Covid and post-viral conditions. Also supporting those with fibromyalgia, lupus, EDS/HSD if alternative local support group aren't available. Carers, family and friends are also very welcome. Optional creative activities on occasion, tips, signposting, etc. Arrive or leave when you need to and there is a quieter area in another room. Just ask. Elevate in Watton

A support group meeting in Watton for people with ME/CFS, long Covid and other post-viral conditions. It also supports people with fibromyalgia, lupus, EDS/HSD if alternative local support is not available. Carers and family members welcome. Refreshments available. Free attendance and no membership obligations. At the moment these will be an informal time of making friends/sharing tips/asking advice with occasional creative activities. This will take place in the centre next to the Methodist church, which has a car park and good accessibility. 57 High St, Watton, Thetford IP25 6AB.
